All deliveries will be dispatched to you by Royal Mail or Courier to the address completed by you on the submission of the order form in the payment process. Secret Lashes will not despatch orders to PO Boxes under any circumstances
We want you to have your lovely Secret Lashes products as soon as possible, so we will endeavour to dispatch your order as soon as we can, typically within 1 business day. Should an item be out of stock, we will contact you as soon as possible with an estimated delivery date

All deliveries are sent by registered post or by Courier and must be signed for. UK delivery depends on which option you choose. Please ensure you have the correct delivery address, Secret Lashes will not be held responsible for incorrect delivery address.

£3.99 up to 5 Working Days, (Exculdes Sat/Sun/Public/Bank Holidays).
£6.95 for UK express Next Working Day Delivery for Orders before 15:30pm (Exculdes Sat/Sun/Public/Bank Holidays).

International Shipping - minimum order £65.00
Please note that the international shipping timescales are applicable for mainland areas. Please allow up to 14 working days for deliveries outside mainland areas. Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Chile, China, Czech Republic, Denmark, Eire, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, Hungary, Italy, South Korea, Lithuania, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Slovakia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, New Zealand, USA. ALL = 5 - 7 working days.
All orders are subject to checking by Customs which may delay the delivery of your order. Please note we cannot cancel an order once the parcel has been dispatched. International postage & delivery costs just £8.95 for all your lovely Secret Lashes...You are responsible for all customs taxes/charges.
